P-DTR Foundation — Module 1
In person
At Neuro New Me, we know how important it is to balance professional development with patient care. That is why our P-DTR courses include 2 days of online content, delivered before the 3 days of in-person training. The online part is self-paced and time zone–friendly, so you can study when it suits you best: early in the morning, after clinic or at the weekend. Module 1 lays the groundwork for everything that follows. You will learn what P-DTR is and the concept of neurological health, how the P-DTR manual muscle testing assessment process works, and the “algorithmic” rules that guide treatment. You will also study the sensory system, the anatomy of a dysfunction and receptor identification, then apply them to muscle spindle cells, Golgi tendon organs, nociception and neurological switching, with actionable steps for treating patients from day one.
