The method
A functional neurology method designed to address the neurological source of pain and dysfunction.

P-DTR works at receptor level, changing how the nervous system responds to stimuli. By addressing dysfunctional sensory receptors, it helps clinicians work with the body’s neurological “software”, not only its structural “hardware”.
Achieve rapid, lasting improvements in chronic or difficult pain cases and see immediate changes in pain, range of motion and muscle function.
Use a systematic framework to identify and treat the source of dysfunctional movement and performance blocks, rather than only treating symptoms.
P-DTR complements the work of physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, physicians, manual therapists and advanced trainers.
Course structure
A comprehensive 120-hour journey delivered in three intensive modules throughout 2027.
Each module builds systematically on the previous one, combining theory, assessment and extensive supervised practice.
