RESERVATION POLICIES:

Access to the training activities provided by NEURO NEW ME is done by sending an e-mail with the intention of registration available on the website www.neuronewme.com.

The registration is confirmed by NEURO NEW ME by replying to the e-mail message, after receiving the e-mail and proof of payment by the participant.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

NEURO NEW ME can make changes in the places, location and/or schedule of the training action whenever necessary, for reasons of force major and as long as this does not make the objectives defined for it unfeasible, committing the cases to communicate as changes as early as possible to all registered participants.

NEURO NEW ME must carry out the training actions in the disclosed data, being able to make changes for reasons of force majeure. All changes are communicated to the participants in the shortest possible time.

Whenever there's an interruption of a training action for the exclusive responsibility of NEURO NEW ME, a new date for carrying out the action will be scheduled.

Whenever a training action does not gather the minimum number of participants at the beginning of the data, it will be scheduled for a new date. 

The amount and payment terms applicable to each selection action are indicated in the promotional material. The payment must be settled before the training action starts and the respective proof of payment sent to: neuronewm@gmail.com.

Payments can be made by website payment or bank transfer to the NIB provided by NEURO NEW ME.

NEURO NEW ME requires the students to make sure they will attend the courses they want to enroll in. Students should only submit their deposits once they are completely sure they can attend the seminars. NEURO NEW ME hosts many courses and deals with a lot of entities in order to make things happen and to make the times that students spend in Portugal, as well as the study experience, to be the most rewarding possible.

NEURO NEW ME organizes study groups before, during and after the seminars, preparation for exams, course manuals, hotels, transfers, etc and establishes agreements with various entities to make sure everything happens on time to everyone. With that said, there will be no reimbursements for cancelation of courses bought by the students. Students can postpone and do other editions not later than one year's calendar in order to attend the previous desired course.

FACILITIES:

The times, places and schedule of the training actions are shown in the promotional material for each training action.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Participants, unable to participate in the training, can be replaced by another participant, as long as the participant fulfills the requirements indicated for the frequency of the action.
